Position: Director of New Business Development, National Sales Manager

Sports Medical Group is seeking an experienced Director of New Business Development and National Sales Manager. This position requires a high level of customer service and satisfaction to strengthen relationships with our partner companies. The Director will be responsible for maximizing total revenue potential and achieving all assigned sales objectives and goals. This role reports directly to the President.
Compensation: This is a performance-based, commission-only position with the potential to earn between $175,000 and $250,000 per year. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn a mid to high six-figure income working from their home office. Additional benefits include a 401K plan and a medical savings plan.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize sponsorship knowledge to guide venue partnerships.
- Define the company’s overall strategy and focus within the vertical.
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities.
- Enhance team effectiveness by recognizing and implementing new approaches.
- Develop and implement best practices for client interactions, sales, and services.
- Understand and work with venues to improve company operations.
- Create and monitor metrics to measure the growth and performance of the sales team.
- Prepare persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
- Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions.
- Manage data consumption of the company’s products.
- Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for both yourself and your team.
- Ensure the highest level of sales and operational customer service for our clients.
Requirements:
- Experience in sponsorship sales.
- Complete understanding of facility operations.
- Proficiency in telemarketing, social media, and data mining.
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Strong desire to succeed.
Additional Opportunities: This position is also open to sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six months and have the capability to work from home.
