Ride Fear Free is seeking individuals with strong analytical skills to join our team. This internship will focus on generating reports essential for planning and evaluating marketing campaigns. You will collaborate with the marketing coordinator to identify opportunities and design programs aimed at increasing exposure and sales. The ideal candidate will bring a well-rounded business perspective to our campaign planning process.

Responsibilities:

• Gain knowledge of Ride Fear Free’s services and the marketing philosophy used to sell them.
• Understand the functional uses of our services, target markets, customer base composition, and competitor profiles.
• Analyze large volumes of primary research data and internal database information to identify trends, connections, and actionable insights across surveys.
• Familiarize yourself with competitive products, marketing strategies, and customer buying motivations.
• Investigate and develop new products and programs in current and emerging markets to support corporate sales and profitability.
• Develop sales and marketing materials to enhance the promotion of existing and new services on regional, national, or international levels.
• Collaborate with sales personnel to gather market insights and identify sales opportunities.
• Use in-house software tools to create and update cloud-based dashboards for stakeholders to access and interact with market research data.
• Ability to analyze, interpret, and derive business-specific conclusions from extensive data sets.

Requirements:

• Current undergraduate majoring in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in multitasking and coordination.
• Passion for advertising and sales.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Self-motivated and disciplined.
• Proficiency in Google Docs (Word, Excel) and Slack (teachable).
• Familiarity with Zoom for weekly calls.
