Chase Daddy is seeking an experienced Creative Director of New Business Development. Our firm is looking for a visionary Creative Director who can conceive and implement visual marketing programs ranging from print media to digital presentations to attract new business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging collateral for potential clients that tells a compelling story and elicits an emotional response.
- Work closely with design, graphic arts, and marketing teams to deliver content that exceeds expectations and secures new business.
- Pitch new clients, maximize total revenue potential, and achieve all assigned sales objectives and goals.
- Utilize advertising sponsorship knowledge to guide advertising venues.
- Define the company’s overall approach and focus in the advertising vertical.
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities.
- Recognize opportunities for new approaches to increase team effectiveness.
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services.
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
- Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions.
- Manage data on the consumption of the company’s products.
- Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for yourself and your team.
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
- Initiate and design complex and simple marketing plans based on client specifications.
- Ensure each project has the necessary financial and personnel resources to succeed.
- Attend sales presentations to help clients understand the creative angle of each marketing program.
- Collaborate with the executive team to implement marketing materials that increase the firm’s exposure.
- Work with design personnel to ensure all creative ideas are properly presented.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing required (Master’s degree preferred).
- 5+ years’ experience in a marketing leadership role.
- Proven success in managing marketing teams.
- Portfolio showcasing the ability to turn an idea into a visual piece.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the marketing design process.
- Ability to obtain new clients and close deals.
- Great work ethic, entrepreneurial skills, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
Additional Information:
- This is a performance-based (commission only) job. Do not apply unless you have what it takes to earn a mid to high 6-figure income by bringing new clients to the advertising world.
- Must have a great understanding of the advertising landscape and media opportunities.
- This position may also be available to sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six (6) months and have the availability to work from home.
Pay: $102,000.00 – $375,000.00 per year
Compensation: Performance-based (commission only) with overrides, plus Stock Incentive, 401K, and medical savings plan.
