About Us: Tunes On Top is seeking an experienced Chief Veterinarian Medical Officer (CVMO) to oversee our organization’s Sales operations and procedures for zoos. As the top management role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency and growth of our Veterinarian business unit. The CVMO is a key member of the senior management team, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). We seek a seasoned leader with exceptional people skills, business acumen, and strong work ethics.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures to drive extensive and sustainable growth.
• Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth, aligning with company objectives.
• Establish policies that promote company culture and vision.
• Oversee daily operations and the work of executives (Marketing, Sales, Finance, etc.).
• Lead and inspire employees to achieve maximum performance and dedication.
• Evaluate performance by analyzing data and metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
• Prepare and present reports to the CEO on all matters of significance.
• Support CEO in fundraising ventures and participate in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, alliances, etc.).
• Manage relationships with partners and vendors effectively.

Skills:

• Proven experience as a Chief Veterinarian Medical Officer or in a relevant leadership role.
• Strong understanding of business functions such as Sales, HR, Finance, and Marketing.
• Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development.
• Experience in fundraising is advantageous.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance/operation metrics.
• Familiarity with IT/Business infrastructure and MS Office applications.
• Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills.
• Strong aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving.
• Veterinarian license required; MBA, BSc/BA in Business Administration, or relevant field preferred; MSc/MBA is a plus.

Salary Range: $85,611.00 – $251,395.00 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)
