Chase Daddy is seeking an experienced Chief Operations Officer Sales Leader. This position requires the successful candidate to strengthen Chase Daddy’s relationship with the sales teams by providing a high level of leadership. The COO is responsible for maximizing total revenue potential and achieving all assigned sales objectives and goals.
Venue sponsorship sales experience is required, along with a complete understanding of advertising venue and facility operations. The Chase Daddy COO will be working from home and must possess a strong work ethic, entrepreneurial skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, self-motivation with a positive attitude, and a desire to succeed. The COO reports directly to the President.
This is a performance-based (commission-only) job, so don’t apply unless you have what it takes to earn a mid to high 6-figure income. You will work with advertising leagues and sports. Experience in telemarketing, social media, and data mining is essential. The successful candidate has the potential to earn six figures working from your home office.
This position may also be available to sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six (6) months and have the availability to work from home.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize advertising sponsorship knowledge to guide advertising venues
- Help define the company’s overall approach and focus in the advertising vertical
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities
- Increase the effectiveness of the team by recognizing opportunities for new approaches
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services for the company, including a good understanding of working with advertising venues
- Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of the sales team and provide reports as needed
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies
- Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions
- Manage data consumption of the company’s products
- Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for yourself and your team
- Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
Compensation:
- This is a performance-based (commission-only) position, plus 401(k) and medical savings plan
- Job Type: Full-time, Commission
- Pay: $175,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
