About Us: Tunes On Top is seeking an experienced Chief Operations Officer (COO) with strong sales leadership skills. This pivotal role requires the successful candidate to enhance relationships with our Sales teams and drive maximum revenue potential while achieving all sales objectives and goals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in venue sponsorship sales and a thorough understanding of zoo venue and facility operations are essential.
• The COO will work remotely and must demonstrate a strong work ethic, entrepreneurial skills, excellent communication, and organizational abilities. They should be self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
• The COO reports directly to the President.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize zoo sponsorship expertise to guide venue strategies and sales initiatives.
• Define the company’s strategic approach and focus within the zoo vertical.
• Identify and prioritize business opportunities, exploring innovative approaches to enhance team effectiveness.
• Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and service delivery, with a deep understanding of zoo venue operations.
• Establish metrics to measure sales team growth and performance, providing regular reports.
• Craft compelling sales presentations using market trends, case studies, and campaign performance data to recommend optimized media solutions.
• Manage data related to client engagement and consumption of company products.
• Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for both personal performance and team objectives.
• Ensure exceptional sales and operational customer service for all clients.

• This is a commission-only position with a competitive earning potential, including a 401K and medical savings plan.

Salary Range: $175,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year (based on experience and qualifications)
