Job Description: Buy Sports Media is seeking an experienced Chief Operations Officer (COO) Sales Leader to strengthen relationships with sales teams, maximizing revenue and achieving sales objectives. The ideal candidate must have venue sponsorship sales experience and a comprehensive understanding of sports venue and facility operations.

The COO will work remotely from home and must possess exceptional work ethic, entrepreneurial skills, excellent communication, organizational proficiency, self-motivation, and a strong desire to succeed. Reporting directly to the President, this position offers a performance-based commission structure tailored for individuals capable of earning a mid to high six-figure income. Experience with sports leagues and sports is preferred. Telemarketing, social media proficiency, and data mining experience are essential. This opportunity may also be extended to sales professionals unemployed for over six (6) months, available to work remotely from home.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize sports sponsorship knowledge to guide sales efforts within sports venues.
• Define the company’s strategic approach and focus within the sports vertical.
• Identify and prioritize lucrative business opportunities.
• Innovate within the team by recognizing and implementing new approaches.
• Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and service delivery, leveraging deep industry knowledge of sports venues.
• Establish metrics to assess team growth and performance, delivering timely reports as required.
• Craft persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies, and performance analytics to recommend optimized media solutions.
• Manage data related to sports consumption of company products.
• Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for both personal and team targets.
• Ensure clients receive top-tier sales and operational customer service.
