Job Description:

AAAA Sports Entertainment is seeking an experienced Chief Operations Officer (COO) Sales Leader. This pivotal role requires the successful candidate to strengthen AAAA Sports Entertainment’s relationships with the sales teams through exemplary leadership. The COO will be responsible for maximizing total revenue potential and achieving all assigned sales objectives and goals within AAAA Sports Entertainment. Reporting directly to the President, the COO will work closely with the AAAA Sports Entertainment team.

This is a performance-based, commission-only position with the potential to earn a mid to high six-figure income while working from a home office. This opportunity may also be available to sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six months and can work remotely. The position includes performance-based incentives, plus a 401K and medical savings plan.

Pay: $175,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

• Utilize sponsorship knowledge to guide venue partnerships.
• Define strategies within the sales vertical.
• Identify and prioritize business opportunities, fostering innovation within the team.
• Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and service delivery, with a focus on venue operations.
• Establish metrics to measure sales team growth and performance, providing regular reports.
• Create compelling sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
• Analyze campaign performance data to recommend optimized media solutions.
• Manage data related to company product consumption.
• Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for both personal and team performance.
• Ensure clients receive exceptional sales and operational customer service.
