Chase Daddy is seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). This position requires the successful candidate to strengthen Chase Daddy’s relationships with advertisers, advertising agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and corporate clients, maximizing total revenue potential and achieving all assigned sales objectives and goals.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize advertising and marketing expertise to guide media advertising and sponsorship sales.
• Define the company’s overall approach and focus in the advertising vertical.
• Identify and prioritize business opportunities.
• Enhance the effectiveness of the advertising industry by recognizing and capitalizing on new approaches.
• Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and service delivery within the advertising industry.
• Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of the sales team, and provide reports as needed.
• Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies, and analyze campaign performance statistics to recommend optimized media solutions.
• Manage data related to the consumption of the company’s advertising products.
• Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for yourself and your team.
• Ensure that clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.

This is a performance-based (commission only) job with incentive stock options, plus 401K and medical savings plan.

Requirements:

• Experience in the advertising industry with advertising agencies, Fortune 500 companies, and corporate sales and sponsorship.
• Comprehensive understanding of the advertising and sponsorship industry.
• Proven experience in telemarketing, social media, and data mining.
• Strong work ethic, entrepreneurial skills, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
