Dakdan Worldwide is seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to strengthen relationships with advertisers and VPs, maximizing total revenue potential and achieving all assigned sales objectives and goals. The CMO will work within the Dakdan Worldwide advertising field and report directly to the CEO and COO.

This is a performance-based (commission only) position with the potential to earn a mid to high six-figure income. The successful candidate has the opportunity to work from their home office. This position may also be available to sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six (6) months and are available to work from home.

This role includes incentive stock options, plus a 401K and medical savings plan.

Compensation:

• Pay: $85,000.00 – $167,500.00 per year

Responsibilities:

• Utilize advertising and marketing knowledge to guide media advertising and sponsorship sales
• Define the company’s overall approach and focus in the advertising vertical
• Identify and prioritize business opportunities
• Increase the effectiveness of the advertising industry by recognizing opportunities for new approaches
• Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services
• Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of the sales team and provide reports as needed
• Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies
• Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions
• Manage data on the consumption of company products
• Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for yourself and your team
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service

Requirements:

• Experience in the advertising industry with Dakdan Worldwide, agencies, Fortune 500, corporate sales, and sponsorship
• Complete understanding of the advertising and sponsorship industry
• Experience in telemarketing, social media, and data mining
• Great work ethic and entrepreneurial skills
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed
