Job Description:

Dream Spas Travel Media is seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). This role requires the successful candidate to strengthen Dream Spas Travel Media’s relationships with advertisers, VPs, and internal stakeholders, while maximizing revenue potential and achieving sales objectives.

Job Type: Commission Only
Compensation: This is a performance-based job (commission only) with overrides, plus 401K, medical savings plan, and Incentive Stock Options.
Pay: $85,000.00 – $167,500.00 per year

Experience:

• Required: Experience in the advertising industry with agencies, Fortune 500 companies, corporate sales, and sponsorship, along with a thorough understanding of the advertising and sponsorship industry.
• Work-from-home position reporting directly to the CEO/COO.
• Must possess strong work ethic, entrepreneurial skills, excellent communication, organizational skills, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize advertising and marketing expertise to guide media advertising and sponsorship sales.
• Define the company’s strategic approach and focus within the advertising vertical.
• Identify and prioritize business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Innovate within the advertising industry by identifying and implementing new approaches.
• Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and service, leveraging deep industry insights.
• Establish metrics to measure sales team growth and performance, providing regular reports.
• Create compelling sales presentations using market trends, case studies, and campaign analytics.
• Analyze campaign performance to recommend optimized media solutions.
• Manage data related to Dream Spas Travel’s product consumption.
• Exceed personal and team sales, pricing, and yield goals.
• Ensure clients receive superior sales and operational customer service.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in advertising and sponsorship sales, preferably with Fortune 500 companies or agencies.
• Proficiency in telemarketing, social media platforms, and data mining.
• Ability to thrive in a commission-only environment, demonstrating potential for mid to high six-figure income.
• Experience leading and managing remote teams.
• Availability for candidates with over six (6) months of unemployment seeking remote work opportunities.
