Position: Chief Financial Officer

Description:

We are looking for an accomplished and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team and steer our financial operations towards continued success and growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization’s growth objectives.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
- Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
- Manage relationships with investors, auditors, and financial institutions.
- Ensure robust internal controls and financial procedures are in place.
- Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
- Lead initiatives to improve financial performance, including cost management and revenue optimization.
- Conduct risk management and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and policies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior financial leadership role within the sports broadcasting or media industry.
- In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage investor relations and financial institutions.
- Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
