We are looking for an accomplished and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team and steer our financial operations towards continued success and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the organization’s growth objectives.
• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
• Manage relationships with investors, auditors, and financial institutions.
• Ensure robust internal controls and financial procedures are in place.
• Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards.
• Lead initiatives to improve financial performance, including cost management and revenue optimization.
• Conduct risk management and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, processes, and policies.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a CFO or in a similar senior financial leadership role within the sports broadcasting or media industry.
• In-depth knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage investor relations and financial institutions.
• Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
