Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the esports industry, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Sales Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the esports industry to drive revenue growth.
- Partnership Building: Collaborate with brands and sponsors to create innovative and engaging campaigns for the esports community.
- Negotiation: Lead negotiations for contracts, pricing, and terms to secure favorable outcomes for Fanz E-sports and our partners.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to inform strategy and identify potential growth areas.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in a sales or account management role, preferably within the esports, gaming, or entertainment industries.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of the esports ecosystem, including teams, players, tournaments, and fans.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proactivity: Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving success.
- Flexibility: Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
