Job Description:

This internship provides hands-on experience working on reality TV shows, where you’ll master scene corrections, visual storytelling, marketing, TV graphics, and more in a dynamic, real-world environment. Earn potential class credits through your career center while learning on the job. Proficiency in Adobe Master Collection and Microsoft Office Suite will be beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with directors and production teams to ensure seamless communication and project alignment.
• Review raw footage to create comprehensive shot lists and storyboards.
• Edit and trim content to maintain logical sequences and enhance narrative flow.
• Manipulate film and video footage to produce cohesive and polished projects.
• Integrate stills, footage, sound effects, dialogue, and animation to enhance project impact.
• Prepare final cuts optimized for broadcasting and digital platforms.

Requirements:

• Preferred majors in studio arts, film and visual editing, business/accounting, art history, or communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to multitask and coordinate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Passion for video editing with meticulous attention to detail and project continuity.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, and Final Cut Pro (or similar video editing software).
