**Job Description:**
Sports Media boasts an impressive sports advertising inventory exceeding one billion dollars and is currently assembling a dream sales team. With a lucrative commission structure offering 15 percent on gross sales and unlimited earning potential, along with comprehensive benefits including a 401k and medical savings plan after 90 days, this opportunity is tailored for top producers ready to make a change and a difference.
Our inventory spans across various platforms including TV, radio, print, out-of-home (OOH), digital, and within sports venues, providing ample opportunities for our sales team to thrive.
**Requirements:**
Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years of advertising sales experience to be considered for this role.
Directors will operate remotely, necessitating exceptional work ethic and a relentless drive for success. Reporting directly to the President, this is a performance-based, commission-only position, ideal for individuals capable of earning a mid to high six-figure income. Collaborating closely with sports leagues and venues, successful candidates have the potential to achieve significant financial rewards while working from the comfort of their home office.
Additionally, this position may be available to sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six (6) months and have the availability to work remotely.
**Responsibilities:**
– Utilize sports sponsorship expertise to guide partnerships with sports venues.
– Assist in defining the Company’s overarching strategy and focus in the sports vertical.
– Identify and prioritize lucrative business opportunities.
– Enhance team effectiveness by identifying opportunities for innovation.
– Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and service, with a strong emphasis on working with sports venues.
– Establish metrics to gauge sales team growth and performance, providing comprehensive reports as needed.
– Develop compelling sales presentations leveraging market trends and case studies.
– Analyze campaign performance metrics, recommending optimized media solutions.
– Manage data related to sports consumption of company products.
– Exceed sales, pricing, and yield targets for both yourself and your team.
– Ensure clients receive exceptional sales and operational customer service.
**Requirements:**
– Essential experience in telemarketing, social media, and data mining.
– Proven track record in team/league sponsorship sales.
– Comprehensive understanding of team and facility operations.
– Outstanding work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, and strong communication and organizational skills.
– Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
