Job Description:

Teltrans Corp Mobile Hwy Advertising is seeking a dynamic Director of New Business Development to drive our presence within the trucking industry and advertising field. This pivotal role requires the successful candidate to enhance relationships with established trucking companies and OOH Advertising Agencies, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Directors report directly to the COO and play a crucial role in maximizing revenue potential and achieving all sales objectives and goals. This is a performance-based, commission-only role, ideal for individuals capable of earning a mid to high six-figure income.

The successful candidate has the potential to earn six figures working from a home office setup. This position may also be available to sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six (6) months and are seeking remote work opportunities.

Salary: $75,000.00 to $250,000.00 / year
Pay: $65,000.00 – $225,000.00 per year
Compensation: Performance-based (commission only) with overrides, plus 401K and medical savings plan.

Exceed Sales, Pricing, and Yield Goals

Requirements:

Proven Track Record in Advertising Sales
Comprehensive Understanding of Out-of-Home Advertising and Trucking Fleet Sales Operations
Experience in Telemarketing, Social Media, and Data Mining
Strong Work Ethic and Entrepreneurial Skills
