Job Description:
Buy Sports Media is seeking an experienced VP Director of New Business Development Government Contracting. This pivotal role requires the successful candidate to strengthen Buy Sports Media’s relationships with State and Federal Government entities by delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Directors will also drive revenue growth, ensuring all sales objectives and goals are met.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Government contracting with a deep understanding of the bid process and search software operations.
• Ability to work independently from a home office, demonstrating strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a track record of success in achieving high six-figure incomes through commission-based roles.
• Direct reporting to the President, influencing company strategy and direction.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize Government contracting expertise to build strategic partnerships and drive revenue.
• Leverage knowledge of sports sponsorship to advise on opportunities within sports venues.
• Define and execute company strategies within the Government vertical, prioritizing high-potential opportunities.
• Innovate Government interaction practices and enhance sales effectiveness through strategic bidding insights.
• Develop performance metrics, providing regular reports on team growth and achievements.
• Craft compelling sales presentations using market trends and analytics, recommending optimized media solutions.
• Manage data related to Government contracts and services to maximize efficiency.
• Exceed personal and team sales goals, ensuring top-tier customer service delivery.
