Job Description:
ArmSports TV Entertainment is seeking an experienced VP Director of New Business Development specializing in Government Contracting. This role requires a candidate who can provide exceptional customer service and satisfaction, strengthen relationships with state and federal governments, and maximize total revenue potential. The Director will be responsible for achieving all assigned sales objectives and goals while working closely with the ArmSports TV Entertainment team. The Director will report directly to the President.
Compensation:
Performance-based (commission only) with Stock Incentive Options.
Potential to earn a mid to high 6-figure income working from home.
The company provides email, telephone, CRM, marketing material, and training.
This position may also be available to sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six (6) months and can work from home.
Includes 401K and medical savings plan.
Pay: $85,000.00 – $167,500.00 per year.
Responsibilities:
Utilize government contracting knowledge to strengthen relationships and secure contracts.
Provide guidance on sponsorship to help guide venues.
Define the company’s overall approach and focus in the government vertical.
Identify and prioritize business opportunities.
Enhance contracting effectiveness by recognizing opportunities for new approaches.
Develop and implement best practices for government interaction, sales, and services, including a thorough understanding of the bidding process.
Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of the sales team and provide necessary reports.
Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions.
Manage data consumption of the company’s products and services within the government sector.
Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for yourself and your teams.
Ensure clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in government contracting.
Complete understanding of the government bid process and search software operations.
Experience in telemarketing, social media, and data mining.
Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial skills.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Strong desire to succeed.
