Job Description:
USA Entertainment is seeking a VP Director of New Business Development Government Contracting. This pivotal role demands a candidate capable of fortifying USA Entertainment’s ties with the State and Federal Government through exemplary customer service and satisfaction. As a Director, you will be entrusted with the crucial task of maximizing revenue potential while achieving all assigned sales objectives and goals. Join the USA Entertainment Ventures team, where Directors report directly to the President.
This is a performance-based, commission-only position with Stock Incentive Options, offering the potential for a mid to high 6-figure income while working remotely. USA Entertainment provides essential resources including email, telephone, CRM, marketing materials, and comprehensive training. Additionally, this opportunity may extend to qualified sales associates who have been unemployed for over six (6) months and are ready to work from home.
**Responsibilities:**
– Utilize expertise in Government Contracting and sponsorship to provide strategic guidance to venues.
– Define the Company’s overarching strategy and focus within the Government vertical.
– Effectively identify and prioritize lucrative business opportunities by embracing innovative approaches.
– Develop and implement best practices for Government interaction, sales, and services, including a comprehensive understanding of the bidding process.
– Establish metrics to evaluate the growth and performance of the sales team, furnishing reports as necessary.
– Craft compelling sales presentations leveraging market trends and case studies.
– Analyze campaign performance data to propose optimized media solutions.
– Manage data related to Government consumption of company products and services.
– Surpass sales, pricing, and yield objectives for both yourself and your teams.
– Ensure clients receive unparalleled levels of sales and operational customer service.
**Requirements:**
– Proven experience in Government contracting.
– Comprehensive understanding of the Government bid process and related search software operations.
– Proficiency in telemarketing, social media, and data mining.
– Demonstrated work ethic and entrepreneurial acumen.
– Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
– Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards success.
This role offers a performance-based compensation structure alongside benefits including a 401K and medical savings plan.
**Compensation:** $85,000.00 – $167,500.00 per year
