Chase Daddy is seeking an experienced VP Director of New Business Development for Government Contracting. This position requires the successful candidate to strengthen Chase Daddy’s relationship with State and Federal Government entities by providing a high level of customer service and satisfaction. In addition, the Director is responsible for maximizing total revenue potential and achieving all assigned sales objectives and goals.
Government contracting experience is required, along with a comprehensive understanding of the Government bid process and search software operations. The Chase Daddy Director will work from home and must possess a strong work ethic, entrepreneurial skills, excellent communication and organizational skills, self-motivation, a positive attitude, and a desire to succeed. Directors report directly to the President.
This is a performance-based (commission only with Stock Incentive Options) job, so do not apply unless you have what it takes to earn a mid to high 6-figure income. Work with advertising leagues and teams. Telemarketing, social media, and data mining experience are essential. The successful candidate has the potential to earn six figures working from a home office. The company provides email, telephone, CRM, marketing material, and training. This position may also be available to sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six (6) months and are available to work from home.
Responsibilities:
- Government contracting knowledge required
- Advertising sponsorship knowledge to help guide advertising venues
- Define the company’s overall approach and focus in the Government vertical
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities
- Increase the effectiveness of contracting by recognizing opportunities for new approaches
- Develop and implement best practices for Government interaction, sales, and services, including a good understanding of the bidding process
- Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of the sales team and provide reports as needed
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies
- Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions
- Data management of Government consumption of company products and services
- Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for yourself and your teams
- Ensure that clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
Requirements:
