Dakdan Worldwide is seeking an experienced VP Director of New Business Development for Government Contracting. This position requires the successful candidate to strengthen Dakdan Worldwide’s relationship with State and Federal Government agencies by providing a high level of customer service and satisfaction. In addition, Directors are responsible for maximizing total revenue potential and achieving all assigned sales objectives and goals. Directors will work with the Dakdan Worldwide team and report directly to the President.
This is a performance-based (commission only with Stock Incentive Options) position, so please apply only if you have what it takes to earn a mid to high six-figure income. The successful candidate has the potential to earn this working from their home office. The company provides email, telephone, CRM, marketing materials, and training. This position may also be available to sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six (6) months and are available to work from home.
Compensation:
- Performance-based (commission only) plus 401K and medical savings plan
- Pay: $85,000.00 – $167,500.00 per year
Responsibilities:
- Utilize government contracting knowledge to guide venues
- Define the company’s overall approach and focus in the Government vertical
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities
- Increase contracting effectiveness by recognizing opportunities for new approaches
- Develop and implement best practices for Government interaction, sales, and services, including a good understanding of the bidding process
- Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of the sales team and provide reports as needed
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies
- Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions
- Manage data on the consumption of Government products and services
- Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for yourself and your teams
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
Requirements:
- Experience in Government contracting
- Complete understanding of the Government bid process and search software operations
- Experience in telemarketing, social media, and data mining
- Great work ethic and entrepreneurial skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude
- Desire to succeed
