**Job Description:**
ChampionMVP is seeking an accomplished Account Executive for New Business Development to strengthen our partnerships with brand managers and advertisers. This pivotal role involves maximizing revenue potential and achieving sales objectives within the dynamic entertainment and advertising sectors. Account Executives report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).
This position offers a performance-based commission structure with overrides, along with a robust 401K plan, medical savings options, and Incentive Stock Options. Successful candidates have the potential to earn a substantial mid to high six-figure income while enjoying the flexibility of working from a home office. We also welcome applications from sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six months and are prepared to thrive in a remote work environment.
**Pay:** $95,000.00 – $175,000.00 per year
**Responsibilities:**
– Utilize advertising and marketing expertise to guide brand managers in media, advertising, and sponsorship sales.
– Define and execute ChampionMVP’s strategic approach within the advertising vertical.
– Identify and prioritize lucrative business opportunities.
– Innovate within the advertising industry to enhance effectiveness and ROI.
– Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales strategies, and service delivery, with a deep understanding of the advertising landscape.
– Establish metrics to measure sales team growth and performance, providing detailed reports as necessary.
– Craft compelling sales presentations using current market trends and case studies.
– Analyze campaign performance statistics to optimize media solutions.
– Manage product consumption data effectively to inform strategic decisions.
– Exceed personal and team sales, pricing, and yield goals.
– Ensure top-tier sales and operational customer service for our clients.
**Requirements:**
– Proven experience in the advertising industry, including agencies, corporate sales, and sponsorship.
– Comprehensive understanding of advertising and sponsorship dynamics.
– Proficiency in telemarketing, social media strategies, and data mining.
– Strong work ethic with entrepreneurial acumen.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills.
