Job Description:
Ride Fear Free is seeking an experienced Account Executive for New Business Development. This position requires the successful candidate to strengthen Ride Fear Free’s relationships with brand managers and advertisers. Account Executives are responsible for maximizing total revenue potential and achieving all assigned sales objectives and goals within the entertainment and advertising fields. VP’s report directly to the CMO.
This is a performance-based (commission-only) job, so don’t apply unless you have what it takes to earn a mid to high 6-figure income. The successful candidate has the potential to earn six figures working from a home office. This position may also be available to sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six (6) months and can work from home.
Compensation: $95,000.00 – $175,000.00 per year
Responsibilities:
- Apply advertising and marketing knowledge to guide brand managers with media, advertising, and sponsorship sales.
- Assist in defining the company’s overall approach and focus in the advertising vertical.
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Enhance the advertising industry’s effectiveness by identifying and implementing new approaches.
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services, demonstrating a strong understanding of the advertising industry.
- Develop metrics to measure sales team growth and performance, providing reports as needed.
- Create compelling sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
- Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions.
- Manage data related to the consumption of company products.
- Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for both personal and team targets.
- Ensure clients receive exceptional levels of sales and operational customer service.
Requirements:
- Experience in the advertising industry with agencies, corporate sales, and sponsorship.
- Comprehensive understanding of the advertising and sponsorship industry.
- Experience in telemarketing, social media, and data mining.
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
