OOH Sports is seeking an experienced Account Executive for New Business Development. This position requires the successful candidate to strengthen OOH Sports’ relationships with brand managers and advertisers. Account Executives are responsible for maximizing total revenue potential and achieving all assigned sales objectives and goals.
Experience:
- Advertising industry experience with agencies, corporate sales, and sponsorship
- Complete understanding of advertising and sponsorship industry
- Work-from-home position requiring great work ethic, entrepreneurial skills, excellent communication, organizational skills, self-motivation, and a positive attitude
The OOH Sports Advertising AE will report directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO). This is a performance-based (commission only) job, suitable for candidates aiming to earn a mid to high six-figure income. Work within the entertainment and advertising fields. Telemarketing, social media, and data mining experience are essential. Leads will be provided.
This position may also be available to sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six (6) months and are available to work from home.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize advertising and marketing knowledge to guide brand managers with media, advertising, and sponsorship sales
- Help define the company’s overall approach and focus in the advertising vertical
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities
- Increase the effectiveness of the advertising industry by recognizing opportunities for new approaches
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services, with a strong understanding of the advertising industry
- Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of the sales team and provide reports as needed
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends, case studies, and analyze campaign performance statistics to recommend optimized media solutions
- Manage data on the consumption of company products related to sports
- Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for yourself and your team
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service

Compensation:
- Pay: $95,000.00 – $175,000.00 per year
