Pay: $95,000.00 – $175,000.00 per year
Dream Spas Travel Media is seeking an experienced Account Executive for New Business Development. This position requires the successful candidate to strengthen Dream Spas Travel Media’s relationships with brand managers and advertisers. Account Executives are crucial in maximizing total revenue potential and achieving all assigned sales objectives and goals.
Experience: Candidates must have experience in the advertising industry with agencies, corporate sales, and sponsorship. A comprehensive understanding of the advertising and sponsorship industry is essential. The ideal candidate will work remotely, demonstrating strong work ethic, entrepreneurial skills, excellent communication, organizational proficiency, self-motivation, and a positive attitude. Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), this role demands a passion for success and a drive to earn a mid to high six-figure income through performance-based commission.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize advertising and marketing knowledge to effectively guide brand managers through media, advertising, and sponsorship sales.
- Define and execute the company’s strategic approach within the advertising vertical.
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities.
- Innovate within the advertising industry by recognizing and implementing new approaches.
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and service delivery, with a focus on advertising industry dynamics.
- Create compelling sales presentations using market trends, case studies, and analytical insights.
- Analyze campaign performance data to recommend optimized media solutions.
- Manage data related to consumption of the company’s advertising products.
- Exceed personal and team sales targets, pricing goals, and yield expectations.
- Ensure exceptional levels of sales and operational customer service for all clients.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in advertising and sponsorship sales.
- Strong understanding of brand management and advertising dynamics.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and adapt within the advertising industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in telemarketing, social media strategies, and data mining techniques.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
- Previous experience with incentive stock options, 401K plans, and medical savings is advantageous.
Additional Information: This position may be open to sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six (6) months and are seeking a remote work opportunity.
