Job Description:
Join AAAA Sports Entertainment as an experienced Account Executive for New Business Development. In this role, you will strengthen relationships with brand managers and advertisers, maximizing revenue potential and achieving sales objectives within the entertainment and advertising sectors. You will report directly to the CMO.
This is a performance-based (commission-only) role designed for individuals capable of earning a mid to high six-figure income. Successful candidates have the opportunity to work remotely from a home office. This position may also be available to sales associates unemployed for over six months, who can work remotely.
Compensation includes commission with overrides, plus a 401K and medical savings plan, along with Incentive Stock Options.
Pay: $95,000.00 – $175,000.00 per year
Responsibilities:
- Utilize advertising and marketing expertise to advise brand managers on media, advertising, and sponsorship sales.
- Define and refine AAAA Sports Entertainment’s approach and focus within the advertising vertical.
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Innovate within the advertising industry by recognizing and implementing new approaches.
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and service, leveraging deep industry knowledge.
- Establish metrics to assess and enhance the sales team’s growth and performance, providing regular reports.
- Craft compelling sales presentations leveraging market trends and case studies.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize media solutions.
- Manage data related to consumption of company products.
- Exceed personal and team sales, pricing, and yield goals.
- Ensure highest levels of sales and operational customer service for clients.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in the advertising industry, with experience in agencies, corporate sales, and sponsorships.
- Comprehensive understanding of advertising and sponsorship industries.
- Experience in telemarketing, social media, and data mining.
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
