Job Description:
Buy Sports Media is seeking an experienced regional VP of New Business Development. This pivotal role requires the successful candidate to enhance Buy Sports Media’s relationships with advertisers and VP’s, focusing on maximizing revenue potential and achieving all assigned sales objectives and goals.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the advertising industry, including agencies, Sports teams, corporate sales, and sponsorship.
- Comprehensive understanding of the advertising and sponsorship landscape.
- Ability to work remotely from a home office, demonstrating strong work ethic, entrepreneurial spirit, excellent communication, organizational skills, self-motivation, and a positive attitude.
- Direct reporting to the COO, providing strategic leadership in achieving company objectives.
- Performance-based role (commission only) designed for candidates motivated to earn a mid to high 6-figure income. Previous experience within the Buy Sports Media advertising field preferred. Proficiency in telemarketing, social media, and data mining essential.
- Company-provided leads to facilitate sales initiatives.
- Opportunity open to qualified sales associates unemployed for over six (6) months and capable of remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize advertising and marketing expertise to drive media advertising and sponsorship sales.
- Define and execute company strategies to excel in the advertising vertical.
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities, leveraging insights to pioneer new approaches.
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and service, aligned with industry standards.
- Establish metrics to monitor sales team growth and performance, delivering comprehensive reports.
- Craft compelling sales presentations using market trends, case studies, and data analytics to optimize media solutions.
- Manage data related to Sports consumption of company products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Exceed personal and team sales targets, enhancing pricing and yield goals.
- Maintain highest standards of client satisfaction through superior sales and operational service.
