Position Title: Regional Vice President of New Business Development

Location: Remote/Home Office
Role Overview: The Regional Vice President of New Business Development will play a pivotal role in strengthening Money Smarts relationships with advertisers and advertising agencies, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Reporting directly to the COO, the VP will be responsible for maximizing revenue potential and achieving sales objectives. This position offers a commission-based compensation structure and the opportunity to earn a mid to high six-figure income while working remotely from a home office.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Utilize advertising and marketing knowledge to guide media sales strategies. Define the company’s approach and focus within the advertising vertical.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify and prioritize business opportunities, continually seeking new approaches to enhance the effectiveness of the advertising industry.
- Client Interaction: Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services. Maintain a deep understanding of the advertising industry to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Sales Performance: Develop metrics to measure sales team growth and performance. Provide regular reports and insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Sales Presentations: Create persuasive sales presentations leveraging market trends, case studies, and campaign performance statistics. Recommend optimized media solutions to clients.
- Data Management: Manage and analyze data to inform strategic decisions and drive revenue growth.
- Revenue Goals: Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for both personal performance and team success.
- Customer Service: Ensure clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service, fostering long-term partnerships.
Requirements:
- Industry Experience: Previous experience in advertising agency or corporate sales within the sponsorship industry is essential.
- Advertising Expertise: Complete understanding of the advertising and sponsorship landscape, including telemarketing, social media, and data mining experience.
- Professional Attributes: Strong work ethic, entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication, and organizational skills.
- Self-Motivation: Proven ability to work independently with a positive attitude and a desire to succeed.
Compensation and Benefits: This is a commission-based role with incentive stock options, plus access to a 401K and medical savings plan. Earning potential ranges from $75,000.00 to $250,000.00 per year based on performance.
