We are seeking an experienced Director of New Business Development to drive revenue growth and strengthen relationships with trucking companies, truck stops, and OOH advertising agencies.
Job Description: As the Regional Truck Fleet Advertising Manager, you will play a crucial role in maximizing revenue potential within the trucking industry. This position is commission-based and requires a proactive approach to achieving sales objectives and goals.
Responsibilities:
Industry Expertise: Utilize deep understanding of the trucking industry and truck stop operations to inform advertising strategies.
Sales Leadership: Lead the charge in OOH advertising sales, defining and executing comprehensive sales strategies.
Business Development: Identify and prioritize business opportunities to enhance advertising effectiveness and revenue growth.
Client Relationship Management: Develop best practices for client interaction, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
Performance Analysis: Implement metrics to measure sales team performance and provide insightful reports.
Sales Presentations: Create compelling sales presentations using market trends and case studies to optimize media solutions.
Operational Excellence: Exceed sales goals while maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and customer service.
Requirements:
Advertising Sales Experience: Proven track record in advertising sales with a focus on OOH advertising.
Trucking Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of trucking fleet sales operations and truck stop dynamics.
Digital Marketing Skills: Experience in telemarketing, social media, and data mining to generate sales leads.
Entrepreneurial Spirit: Strong work ethic, entrepreneurial mindset, and a desire to succeed.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail in managing sales processes and client relationships.
Benefits:
Competitive commission structure with potential earnings ranging from $75,000.00 to $250,000.00 annually.
Base pay of $65,000.00 to $225,000.00 per year, with performance-based incentives, 401(k), medical savings plan, and Incentive Stock Options.
