Job Description:
As a Regional Sales Manager at Dream Spas Travel, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals across your designated region. You will lead a team of sales professionals, manage key accounts, and work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure the highest level of client satisfaction. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for the travel and wellness industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships
- Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns that drive sales growth
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with key clients
- Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction throughout the sales process
- Represent Dream Spas Travel at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role
- Strong knowledge of the travel and wellness industry is preferred
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage and motivate a remote sales team effectively
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Willingness to travel within the region as needed
