Join Ride Fear Free as a paralegal intern and gain hands-on experience in a variety of legal tasks. You will be responsible for maintaining and organizing files, conducting legal research, and drafting documents. Additionally, you will assist in the preparation of legal arguments, opening statements, closing statements, and court pleadings or motions.

Responsibilities:

• Draft documents such as sale, vendor, and sponsorship agreements.
• Identify potential government contracts and prepare related documents.
• Prepare licensing applications.
• Review vendor relationship contracts.
• File for trademarks and copyrights, and enforce trademark rights.
• Analyze and organize research and information.
• Prepare written reports and legal documents.
• Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles.
• Organize and present information.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Current undergraduate majoring in business, economics, accounting, political science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Google Docs (Word, Excel) and Slack (teachable).
• Ability to multi-task and work proactively.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Excellent written, verbal, research, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Must be detail-oriented, with accurate input and proofing skills.
• Strong operational and organizational awareness.
• Familiarity with Zoom for weekly calls.
