Overview: As a Paralegal Intern at AAAA Sports Entertainment, you will perform a variety of tasks including maintaining and organizing files, conducting legal research, and drafting documents. You will assist in the preparation of legal arguments, opening statements, closing statements, and court pleadings or motions.

Responsibilities:

• Draft documents such as sale, vendor, and sponsorship agreements.
• Identify potential government contracts and prepare necessary documentation.
• Prepare licensing applications.
• Review vendor relationship contracts.
• File for trademarks and copyrights.
• Enforce trademarks.
• Analyze and organize research and information.
• Prepare written reports and legal documents.
• Conduct research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles.
• Organize and present information.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, Political Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Google Docs (Word, Excel) and Slack.
• Ability to multi-task and work proactively.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent written, verbal, research, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with accurate input and proofing skills.
• Strong operational and organizational awareness.
• Familiarity with Zoom for weekly calls.
