Description:
As a part of our team, you will play a pivotal role in assisting upper management in organizing and promoting events. This internship also includes opportunities to attend and support at various sporting and entertainment events, enhancing your skills in event management and brand promotion.

Responsibilities:

Work remotely to support upper management in all facets of hospitality operations.
Collaborate with management to execute hospitality projects seamlessly.
Attend events to promote the company’s brand and ensure excellent guest experiences.
Provide exceptional service to guests during events, ensuring their needs are met.
Assist clients and hosts to ensure smooth event setups and operations.

Requirements:

Current undergraduate majoring in OOH Advertising Management, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
Demonstrated experience in hospitality with a proven track record of delivering exceptional guest service.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
Strong multitasking abilities and coordination skills to handle various tasks efficiently.
Passion for guest services and the hospitality industry, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, showing self-motivation and discipline.
