In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in fortifying Sports Media’s relationships with MiLB teams, ensuring unparalleled customer service and satisfaction. Directors are tasked with optimizing revenue streams and achieving all designated sales objectives. The successful candidate will operate remotely, demonstrating exceptional work ethic and a relentless drive for success. Directors report directly to the President, embodying our commitment to excellence.

**Responsibilities:**
– Leverage sports sponsorship expertise to guide partnerships with sports venues.
– Define the Company’s strategic approach within the sports vertical.
– Identify and prioritize lucrative business opportunities.
– Drive team effectiveness by spearheading innovative approaches.
– Establish and implement best practices for client engagement, sales, and service, with a focus on sports venues.
– Develop performance metrics for the sales team, delivering comprehensive reports as necessary.
– Craft compelling sales presentations, leveraging market trends and case studies.
– Analyze campaign performance metrics, recommending optimized media solutions.
– Manage data related to sports consumption of company products.
– Exceed sales, pricing, and yield targets for both yourself and your team.
– Ensure clients receive top-tier sales and operational customer service.
**Requirements:**
– Essential experience in telemarketing, social media, and data mining.
– Proven track record in team/league sponsorship sales.
– Comprehensive understanding of team and facility operations.
