Job Description:
USA Entertainment is seeking a National Sales Manager to serve as the New Director of Business Development. This pivotal role requires the candidate to fortify USA Entertainment Ventures’ relationships by delivering top-tier customer service and satisfaction. Directors will collaborate closely with the president to maximize revenue potential and achieve all sales objectives and goals.
Please note, this is a performance-based (commission-only) position offering significant earning potential in the six-figure range, all from the comfort of a remote workspace. Candidates who have been unemployed for more than six (6) months and are equipped to work from home are also encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities:
1. Utilize sponsorship expertise to provide guidance for venues.
2. Define the company’s overarching strategy and focus within the vertical market.
3. Identify and prioritize business opportunities by enhancing the ability to recognize and seize new approaches.
4. Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and service delivery, with a strong grasp of venue operations.
5. Establish metrics to evaluate sales team growth and performance, providing reports as necessary.
6. Craft compelling sales presentations using insights from market trends and case studies.
7. Analyze campaign performance data to recommend optimized media solutions.
8. Manage data related to the consumption of the company’s products.
9. Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for both individual and team performance.
10. Ensure clients receive unparalleled levels of sales and operational customer service.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in sponsorship sales.
2. Thorough understanding of USA Entertainment Ventures’ facility operations.
3. Proficiency in telemarketing, social media management, and data mining.
4. Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
6. Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards challenges and opportunities.
Compensation:
Base salary of $175,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year, supplemented by a performance-based commission structure. Additionally, eligible for participation in the company’s 401K and medical savings plan.
