Job Description
Pure Box Water is seeking an experienced Director of New Business Development, National Sales Manager. This position requires a candidate capable of strengthening Pure Box Water’s relationships with companies by providing exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Additionally, the Director will be responsible for maximizing total revenue potential and achieving all assigned sales objectives and goals. The Director will report directly to the President.
This is a performance-based (commission only) position. Do not apply unless you have the drive and capability to earn a mid to high six-figure income. The successful candidate has the potential to earn six figures working from their home office. This position is also available to sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six (6) months and are available to work from home.
In addition to commission, the position offers a 401K and a medical savings plan.
Pay: $175,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
Responsibilities
- Utilize sponsorship knowledge to guide venues
- Define the company’s overall approach and focus within the vertical
- Identify and prioritize business opportunities
- Increase team effectiveness by recognizing opportunities for new approaches
- Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services, including a solid understanding of working with venues
- Develop metrics to measure the growth and performance of the sales team and provide reports as needed
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies
- Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions
- Manage data on the consumption of company products
- Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for yourself and your team
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service
Requirements
- Experience in sponsorship sales
- Comprehensive understanding of facility operations
- Experience in telemarketing, social media, and data mining
