Position Overview: We are seeking a results-driven National Sales Manager (NSM) to join our dynamic team. The NSM will be responsible for leading and managing the national sales team, driving revenue growth, and expanding our market presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales management within the media or sports industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement national sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the national sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, advertising agencies, and partners.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop effective sales tools and promotional materials.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to the executive team.
- Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations to ensure a high-performing sales team.
- Represent 360 Sports TV at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry developments and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the media or sports industry.
- Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Passion for sports and a deep understanding of the sports media landscape.
