Job Description:
AAAA Sports Entertainment is seeking an experienced Director of New Business Development, National Sales Manager. This pivotal role requires the successful candidate to enhance AAAA Sports Entertainment’s market position by delivering exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Directors are responsible for maximizing revenue potential and achieving all sales objectives and goals. They will collaborate closely within AAAA Sports Entertainment and report directly to the President.
This is a performance-based (commission only) position suited for individuals capable of earning a mid to high six-figure income. The role offers the potential for substantial earnings while working remotely from a home office. Qualified candidates may include sales associates unemployed for more than six (6) months who can work from home.
Compensation includes performance-based commission, plus 401K and medical savings plan.
Pay: $175,000.00 – $250,000.00 per year
Responsibilities:
- Utilize sponsorship knowledge to guide venues in maximizing revenue opportunities.
- Define and execute the company’s strategic approach within the vertical market.
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Innovate and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and service delivery, particularly within venue operations.
- Develop metrics to measure sales team growth and performance, providing regular reports as needed.
- Craft compelling sales presentations leveraging market trends and case studies.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to recommend optimized media solutions.
- Manage data related to product consumption and customer interactions.
- Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for both personal and team performance.
- Ensure the highest level of sales and operational customer service for clients.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sponsorship sales.
- Thorough understanding of facility operations.
- Experience in telemarketing, social media marketing, and data mining.
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial mindset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a drive to succeed.
