Job Description:
Join Buy Sports Media as a Market Research Intern, where your analytical skills will be put to the test. Responsibilities:
- Gain deep understanding of Buy Sports Media’s services and the underlying marketing philosophy driving their sales.
- Familiarize yourself with service functionalities, target markets, customer profiles, and competitor landscapes.
- Analyze extensive primary research data and internal databases to uncover trends, correlations, and actionable insights across various surveys.
- Research competitive products, marketing strategies, and consumer buying motivations.
- Contribute to the development of new products and programs that align with current market trends, supporting corporate sales and profitability.
- Assist in creating sales and marketing materials to enhance visibility and drive adoption of existing and new services on regional, national, and international scales.
- Collaborate with sales teams to gather market intelligence and identify potential sales opportunities.
- Utilize in-house software tools to develop and update cloud-based dashboards, enabling stakeholders to access and interact with market research data effectively.
- Demonstrate ability to analyze and derive business-specific conclusions from complex data sets.
Requirements:
- Current undergraduate majoring in marketing, business, or related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and coordinate effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for advertising and sales with a keen interest in market research.
- Self-motivated and disciplined, capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Google Docs (Word, Excel) and Slack (training available).
- Familiarity with Zoom for remote meetings and collaboration.
