Description: Work remotely to support upper-level management in all aspects of Human Resources. Gain insights into talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and HR operations, while exploring innovative ways to enhance these processes and contribute to company growth.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate remotely with the HR team to assist in recruitment efforts across various levels within the company.
Research and propose cost-effective methods for talent acquisition and recruitment.
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives that align with company objectives and enhance organizational effectiveness.
Requirements:
Current undergraduate student majoring in Business, Management, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen attention to detail and confidentiality.
Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and coordinate efforts effectively in a remote work environment.
Passion for advertising, sales, and a strong interest in exploring the OOH advertising industry.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating self-motivation and discipline.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
