Responsibilities:
- Assist upper-level management in all aspects of HR.
- Recruit talented individuals across all levels of the company.
- Research cost-effective methods of recruiting.
- Complete various HR projects and assignments to support company growth.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in multi-tasking and coordination.
- Passion for human resources and talent acquisition.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated and disciplined.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite.
