Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with upper-level management on HR initiatives.
- Source and recruit talented individuals across all organizational levels.
- Research and recommend cost-effective methods for recruitment.
Requirements:
- Current undergraduate student majoring in Business, Management, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to multitask and coordinate effectively.
- Passionate about human resources and organizational development.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated and disciplined with a proactive approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
