Job Description:

Dream Spas Travel Media is seeking an experienced Travel Recruiter from the Human Resources Department. This role requires the successful candidate to strengthen Dream Spas Travel Media’s relationship with the Human Resources Department while maximizing talent acquisition in the travel industry. Travel Recruiters are crucial in identifying and sourcing top travel candidates for our organization.

Job Type: Commission Only

Compensation: This is a performance-based job (commission only) with overrides, 401K, bonuses, and insurance coverage. Pay: $49,784 to $61,949 per year

Responsibilities:

• Meet with employers to understand their staffing needs
• Interview candidates to assess their career goals and qualifications
• Source potential candidates through job networking sites and online portals
• Screen candidates through phone interviews and background checks
• Conduct in-depth interviews with qualified candidates
• Evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and professional backgrounds
• Attend job fairs to network and attract talented individuals
• Negotiate employment offers with selected candidates
• Contact references to validate candidates’ work experience
• Manage employment paperwork and initiate the onboarding process for new hires
• Develop and implement effective onboarding processes to enhance employee retention

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Human Resources with a strong understanding of HR software systems
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Psychology
• Proven interpersonal, time management, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Business-related, organizational, or industrial psychology experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and remotely from a home office
• Proficiency in using email, telephone, CRM systems, and HR software provided by the company
• Potential to earn a mid to high 6-figure income based on performance
