Job Description:
Join our team as a Director of Brand Marketing and seize the opportunity to drive sales and marketing efforts for our diverse portfolio of television shows, sporting events, and advertising space. With a dozen shows already approved for distribution, we’re poised for growth and seeking dynamic individuals to join us in shaping the future of branded entertainment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision: Contribute to defining the company’s overall approach and focus in the Entertainment vertical.
- Opportunity Identification: Identify and prioritize business opportunities to maximize revenue potential.
- Collaborative Partnerships: Partner with other vertical teams to execute operational and strategic initiatives, synthesizing market data and leading analysis.
- Innovative Approaches: Increase team effectiveness by recognizing opportunities for new approaches and best practices.
- Client Interaction: Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services, leveraging your understanding of advertisers and agencies.
- Prospecting: Prospect and penetrate large organizations to secure branded advertising opportunities.
- Performance Measurement: Develop metrics to assess sales team growth and performance, providing insightful reports as needed.
- Sales Presentation: Craft persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies to drive client engagement.
- Campaign Optimization: Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions to clients.
- Exceed Sales Goals: Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for yourself and your team.
- Customer Service: Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven track record in sales and marketing, preferably in the entertainment industry.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Demonstrated ability to thrive in a performance-based, commission-only environment.
- Networking Skills: Bring your contact book and leverage relationships with top advertisers and ad agencies.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing sales metrics and campaign performance to drive optimization.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to contribute to strategic planning and execute sales strategies effectively.
- Customer Focus: Dedication to providing outstanding customer service and satisfaction.
This is a commission-only position with the potential for high earnings. Two positions are available for the Eastern and Western United States. Full-time and remote work opportunities are available. Join us in revolutionizing branded entertainment marketing and driving success in the industry.
