Job Description:
Buy Sports Media is seeking an experienced Creative Director of New Business Development who can conceive and execute visual marketing programs across print media and digital platforms to attract new clients. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with design, graphic arts, and marketing personnel to create compelling content that exceeds expectations and drives new business growth.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in the advertising or marketing industry, with a focus on creative direction and new business development.
- Strong understanding of the sports landscape and media opportunities within the sports industry.
- Excellent work ethic, entrepreneurial mindset, and superior communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work remotely and report directly to the President.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing required (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years’ experience in a leadership role within marketing, with a portfolio demonstrating the ability to translate ideas into impactful visual campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative strategies to guide sports sponsorship and marketing initiatives.
- Define Buy Sports Media’s strategic approach and market positioning within the sports vertical.
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities, leveraging innovative approaches to maximize revenue potential.
- Lead client interactions, sales presentations, and service delivery, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to recommend optimized media solutions.
- Manage data related to sports consumption and product utilization.
- Exceed sales targets and collaborate effectively with the sales team to achieve collective goals.
- Initiate and design comprehensive marketing plans tailored to client specifications.
- Ensure projects are adequately resourced for successful execution, both financially and operationally.
- Attend sales presentations to articulate the creative vision of marketing programs.
- Work closely with the executive team to enhance the firm’s market presence through impactful marketing materials.
