Job Description:

ChampionMVP is seeking a visionary Creative Director of New Business Development to lead our visual marketing initiatives. We are looking for a creative strategist who can conceptualize and execute compelling visual marketing programs across various mediums, from print to digital, aimed at acquiring new business. The Creative Director will collaborate closely with design, graphic arts, and marketing teams to produce captivating content that resonates emotionally with audiences and exceeds client expectations. Reporting directly to the President, this role is crucial for driving revenue growth and achieving sales objectives.

This position offers a performance-based commission structure with Stock Incentives, complemented by overrides, a 401K plan, and a medical savings plan. Successful candidates have the potential to earn a substantial six-figure income, especially those capable of bringing new clients into the fold. We also welcome applications from sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six months and are prepared to excel in a remote work environment.

Pay: $102,000.00 – $375,000.00 per year

Responsibilities:

• Creative Leadership: Lead the development of engaging visual marketing collateral that tells compelling stories and evokes emotional responses from readers.
• Strategic Insight: Define and refine ChampionMVP’s approach in the advertising vertical, identifying key opportunities for business growth.
• Client Engagement: Pitch new clients and maintain strong relationships, demonstrating a deep understanding of media opportunities within our industry.
• Innovation: Identify and implement innovative approaches to enhance team effectiveness and client satisfaction.
• Sales Presentations: Create persuasive sales presentations using market insights and case studies to showcase our capabilities and value proposition.
• Campaign Analysis: Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize media solutions and drive client success.
• Resource Management: Ensure projects have adequate financial and personnel resources for success, collaborating closely with the executive team.
• Marketing Strategy: Design comprehensive marketing plans tailored to client specifications, ensuring alignment with business goals and creative vision.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with design personnel to ensure creative ideas are effectively translated into visual presentations.

Requirements:

• Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (Master’s preferred) with at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in marketing.
• Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing previous work demonstrating the ability to transform concepts into visually compelling pieces.
• Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite are preferred.
• Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the marketing design process and proven ability to acquire and close deals.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Demonstrated entrepreneurial skills, a strong work ethic, and a self-motivated, positive attitude.
• Technological Proficiency: Experience with telemarketing, social media strategies, and data mining is advantageous.
