Job Description:
ArmSports TV Entertainment is seeking an experienced Creative Director of New Business Development. We are looking for a visionary leader who can conceive and implement compelling visual marketing programs across print, digital, and multimedia platforms to attract new business. The Creative Director will collaborate closely with design, graphic arts, and marketing teams to create captivating collateral that resonates with potential clients on an emotional level. This role requires pitching new clients and a deep understanding of media opportunities within ArmSports TV Entertainment.
Compensation:
Performance-based (commission only) job with Stock Incentives.
Potential to earn a mid to high 6-figure income working from home.
This position may be available to sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six (6) months and can work from home.
Performance-based with overrides, plus Stock Incentive, 401K, and medical savings plan.
Pay: $102,000.00 – $375,000.00 per year.
Responsibilities:
Utilize sponsorship knowledge to guide venues.
Define the company’s overall approach and focus in the vertical.
Identify and prioritize business opportunities.
Enhance team effectiveness by recognizing opportunities for innovation.
Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services, including venue management.
Develop metrics to measure sales team growth and performance, providing necessary reports.
Create persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions.
Manage data consumption of company products.
Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for yourself and your team.
Ensure clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
Initiate and design marketing plans based on client specifications.
Ensure projects have necessary financial and personnel resources for success.
Attend sales presentations to articulate the creative aspect of marketing programs.
Collaborate with design personnel to effectively present creative ideas.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing required (Master’s degree preferred).
5+ years’ experience in a marketing leadership role.
Proven success in managing marketing teams.
Portfolio demonstrating ability to translate ideas into visual concepts.
Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills.
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
Comprehensive knowledge of marketing design processes.
Ability to acquire new clients and close deals.
Experience in telemarketing, social media, and data mining.
Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
