Money Smarts is seeking a Creative Director of New Business Development to conceive and implement visual marketing programs across various media. This position offers commission-based compensation with stock incentives, plus 401K and medical savings plans.

Salary: $102,000.00 – $375,000.00 per year

• Proven success in creative marketing
• Strong understanding of media opportunities within Money Smarts
• Ability to work independently with strong entrepreneurial skills

Responsibilities:

• Develop and pitch creative marketing concepts
• Define company’s approach in the creative marketing vertical
• Identify and prioritize business opportunities
• Develop metrics for team growth and performance
• Manage project resources and client interactions
