Job Description:
Ride Fear Free is seeking an experienced Creative Director of New Business Development. We are looking for a visionary leader who can conceive and execute visual marketing strategies across print media and digital platforms to attract new business. The Creative Director will craft compelling collateral that not only tells a story but also evokes emotional responses from our audience. Working closely with design, graphic arts, and marketing teams, the successful candidate will deliver content that exceeds expectations and drives new business. This role involves pitching to potential clients and requires a deep understanding of media landscapes and opportunities within Ride Fear Free.
In addition to creative responsibilities, Directors are tasked with maximizing revenue potential and achieving sales objectives. They report directly to the President.
This is a performance-based (commission-only with Stock Incentives) job. Candidates should be prepared to earn a mid to high six-figure income by bringing new clients to Ride Fear Free. This position may also be available to sales associates with more than six months of unemployment and the ability to work from home.
Compensation includes commission, overrides, Stock Incentives, 401K, and medical savings plan.
Pay: $102,000.00 – $375,000.00 per year
Responsibilities:
- Guide venue sponsorships to enhance business strategy
- Define and focus on the company’s approach within the vertical market
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities
- Innovate team effectiveness through new approaches
- Develop best practices for client interaction, sales, and service
- Measure and report on team growth and performance metrics
- Create persuasive sales presentations using market insights and case studies
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend optimized media solutions
- Manage product consumption data efficiently
- Exceed personal and team sales, pricing, and yield goals
- Ensure top-tier sales and operational customer service
- Design and implement complex and simple marketing plans based on client needs
- Secure necessary resources for project success
- Support sales presentations with creative insights
- Collaborate with design teams to effectively present creative concepts
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years in a leadership role within marketing
- Proven track record in managing successful marketing teams
- Portfolio demonstrating ability to translate ideas into visual marketing materials
- Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous
- Thorough understanding of the marketing design process
- Ability to acquire new clients and close deals
- Experience in telemarketing, social media, and data mining
- Strong work ethic, entrepreneurial mindset, and self-motivation
- Positive attitude and drive for success
