Position: Chief Operations Officer (COO)

Sports Medical Group is seeking an experienced Chief Operations Officer (COO) – Sales Leader to join our team. This position requires a high level of leadership to strengthen relationships with our sales teams and maximize total revenue potential. The COO will be responsible for achieving all assigned sales objectives and goals and will report directly to the President.
Compensation: This is a performance-based, commission-only position, with the potential to earn between $175,000 and $250,000 per year. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to earn a mid to high six-figure income working from their home office. Additional benefits include a 401K plan and a medical savings plan.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize sponsorship knowledge to guide venues.
- Define the company’s overall strategy and focus within the vertical.
- Identify and prioritize new business opportunities.
- Enhance team effectiveness by recognizing and implementing new approaches.
- Develop and implement best practices for client interactions, sales, and services.
- Understand and work with venues to improve company operations.
- Create and monitor metrics to measure the growth and performance of the sales team.
- Prepare persuasive sales presentations using market trends and case studies.
- Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend optimized media solutions.
- Manage data consumption of the company’s products.
- Exceed sales, pricing, and yield goals for both yourself and your team.
- Ensure the highest level of sales and operational customer service for our clients.
Requirements:
- Experience in venue sponsorship sales.
- Complete understanding of venue and facility operations.
- Proficiency in telemarketing, social media, and data mining.
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Strong desire to succeed.
Additional Opportunities: This position may also be available to sales associates who have been unemployed for more than six months and have the capability to work from home.
